Rally

Zubayr Piredina – attending car rallies as a spectator from the age of seven with a dream to partake into motorsports particularly rally. Such, came to me as an adult with an opportunity of being a navigator in rallies which I anticipated to scrutinize as I grew up. I was able to partake in this dare devil activity that requires reckless attitude of encountering with dangers, in the year 2013. Up-to-date, I have participated as a co-driver in 26 rallies with four different drivers and currently navigating one of the top drivers in Tanzania, Randeep Singh Birdi, whose experience assisted me in winning the title of The Tanzanian National Navigator Champion in the year 2016, and group N navigator champion along with second overall in The Tanzanian National Navigator Championship in the year 2017. My journey in this sport started with just a dream. During the first year of rallying, I lacked communication skills, a regular man trying to fulfill his dream. As I look back I am truly grateful and proud of my achievements.

Despite being exposed to the consequences of dangers anticipated with this sport, the firm faith and belief in one-self has created an impact further assisting me into exploring my passion and its commendable results being showcased with a name and recognition.
