The Business Networking Group (BNG) in conjunction with the Economic Planning Board (EPB) for Eastern Tanzania held “BNG Night” in March 2016. BNG is an initiative under EPB to serve as a platform for information sharing, building connections, creating alliances, promoting self-confidence, and improving credibility on a business level together with growing self-esteem.
BNG members brought together over 25 participants from different sectors and organizations for this networking event, which was held at Alcove Restaurant. Participants had the opportunity to meet other potential clients within our Jamat as well as non-Ismaili business individuals. The event’s guest speaker, Mr. Philemon Kisamo – manager of Peak Performance Tanzania—highlighted the networking event as he presented and shared his wisdom on how business networking helps in generating more business.
